CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand that circumstances may arise where cancellation of services is necessary, and we aim to accommodate such situations to the best of our ability. CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Notice of Cancellation:

   - Clients are required to provide written notice of cancellation of services preferably at 30 days and at least 15 days in exceptional circumstances in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedules and allocate resources efficiently.

 

2. Cancellation Charges:

   - Depending on the nature and timing of the cancellation, clients may be subject to cancellation charges. These charges will be determined based on the extent of work completed and any expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

   - For services cancelled within the notice period, a prorated refund may be issued for any unutilized portion of pre-paid services.

 

3. Emergency Cancellations:

   - In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us immediately to discuss the cancellation options. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs and minimize any inconvenience caused.

 

REFUND POLICY:

 

1. Refund Eligibility:

   - Refunds may be issued in certain circumstances, such as:

     - Overpayment or duplicate payments

     - Services not rendered due to our inability to fulfill obligations

     - Dissatisfaction with services provided, subject to terms and conditions outlined in our service agreement

 

2. Refund Process:

   - Clients requesting a refund must submit a written request along with supporting documentation, if applicable. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 15 days of receipt.

   - All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the service provided and the reasons for the refund request.

 

3. Refund Amount:

   - The amount of refund will be determined based on the nature of the request and any applicable fees or charges. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.

   - Any approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.

 

EXCEPTIONS:

 

1. Non-Refundable Services:

   - Certain services or products may be designated as non-refundable. This will be clearly communicated to clients prior to engagement.

   - Examples include, but are not limited to, completed consulting hours, custom reports, and any third-party services purchased on behalf of the client.

 

2. Third-Party Fees:

   - Any third-party fees or charges incurred in relation to our services are non-refundable.

   - This includes fees paid to government agencies, software licenses, and other third-party vendors.

 

3. Policy Changes:

   - We reserve the right to modify or update our cancellation and refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

   - Continued use of our services after changes to the policy have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

 

1. Service Interruptions:

   - In the event of service interruptions due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical issues), we will work diligently to resume services as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued for interruptions beyond our control, but we will consider extending service periods to compensate for downtime.

 

2. Client Responsibilities:

   - Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. Any delays or issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client may impact the cancellation and refund process.

 

3. Dispute Resolution:

   - Any disputes arising from cancellations or refunds will be handled in accordance with the terms outlined in our service agreement.

   - Clients are encouraged to contact us to resolve any issues amicably before pursuing formal dispute resolution mechanisms.
